Overview: Mobile Push Deep Linking enables push notifications to link directly to the relevant content within the Teambridge app.
How to Use Mobile Push Deep Linking
Deep linking uses unique URLs within in-app push notifications to direct users to specific in-app pages rather than providing written direction or asking them to open the mobile app. When a user taps a push notification, they are taken directly to the relevant section. For V1 this will be exclusive to Jobs and saved Jobs Searches.
In future version, we will add automation powered deep linking, as well as the ability to link to chat, shifts, tasks and more!

Benefits
Improved User Experience: Eliminates unnecessary navigation and enhances accessibility to critical information. Previously push notifications would open the app, but not to any specific page.
Higher Engagement: Encourages users to interact with important updates by reducing the effort required.
Increased Efficiency: Helps users complete actions, find Jobs and navigate the app more quickly by directing them to the exact location they need.
Personalization: Allows notifications from Teambridge to be more relevant by linking directly to user-specific content.
Configuration
As an admin, you do not need to do any upfront configuration.
When a user saves a Job Search, they will prompted to select whether they want to receive, email, push, or immediate notifications when a new Job matches their preferences.
If they select push, future notifications will link directly to the new Job that matches their saved search.
Conclusion
Mobile Push Deep Linking is a powerful feature that enhances the effectiveness of push notifications by providing a direct pathway to relevant content within the TeamBridge app. By implementing this feature, you can improve employee engagement with critical notifications, create a more intuitive mobile experience and even increase Job fill rate!
