New Features & Updates
Dependent Fields
Teambridge now supports Dependent Fields, allowing specific fields to appear or become required based on selections made in other fields. This empowers admins to build smarter, more dynamic workflows tailored to different use cases.
For example, you can:
Set optional filters—if a client is selected and they have multiple associated locations, only those specific locations will be shown to narrow your focus. Similarly, you can configure the Supervisor column to only display managers.
Define which fields are required or hidden based on the selected user type. For instance, when entering a client user, only a few fields may be necessary, whereas adding a staff user will prompt more detailed information entry.
These capabilities help streamline data entry, reduce errors, and ensure that forms adapt intelligently to your workflow.
Open API
Teambridge requires all integration projects to be fully scoped in order to build; however, with our new Open API, we provide endpoints that enable seamless data exchange between Teambridge and third-party vendors. Built to support our fully composable platform, the Open API offers flexible, real-time integration to help clients connect systems and streamline operations.
We’re currently opening a waitlist for beta testers interested in early access to the Open API. If you’d like to participate, please sign up here.
Pay Migration
Our pay platform has undergone several key enhancements to offer greater flexibility in configuring pay and bill rules. Below are the latest updates:
Default Rates: All accounts are transitioning to our new default rates table, which support more complex rule configurations. It also includes an import feature, making it easier and faster for admins to update pay and bill structures.
Overtime Preview on Shift Requests: Shift requests now include an overtime preview that flags when a request would push a staff member into overtime. This powerful feature enhances visibility for both clients and admins, helping them make informed decisions before approving shifts.
Total Pay Preview on Mobile: Staff can now see the estimated total value of their shift, if worked as scheduled, plus any estimated overtime. This promotes transparency and empowers staff with a clearer understanding of their expected pay.
Policy Engine
Teambridge is actively building a Policy Engine designed to support the complex rules your business needs to operate smoothly. By leveraging AI, it will help eliminate repetitive administrative tasks, freeing up your team’s time. The Policy Engine will empower you to define your own policies—while Teambridge takes care of executing them seamlessly. Stay tuned to ensure you get early access to our Policy Engine soon!
Sort Filtering Enhancements
Teambridge has enhanced its filtering and sorting capabilities for a faster, more efficient experience—especially when working with large datasets. Performance has significantly improved, allowing users to adjust filters and sorts with minimal delay. As our platform evolves, these capabilities will continue to expand, including support for advanced column types like rollups and currency fields, ensuring a seamless and scalable experience.
Snowflake Integration
Our new Snowflake integration unlocks powerful, real-time connectivity between Teambridge and the Snowflake platform—enabling seamless movement and management of large-scale data like users, shifts, and more. This means clients will benefit from faster reporting, deeper insights, and more efficient data operations, all designed to support smarter, data-driven decisions.
Triggering Record Automation Action
This new automation action supports editing to triggering record as well as initiating user values in dynamic variables.
