When you log into your TeamBridge workspace from a web browser, or using the last tab on the TeamBridge mobile app, you will see all the pages and sections you have access to. If you are an Owner or Super Admin you will see all content.

A section is a group of pages and a page is the group of blocks. There are many types of blocks to help you build pages to match your needs. Let's cover a few of the different block types to get you familiar.

Source Views

If you want to view source data you can add a View to your page. Views are instances of source data where you can persist filters, sorting, and other view settings. For example, your Managers - want to view all active employees in one list, but your HR department also wants a list of all employees who are labeled "needs HR review". In TeamBridge you can create two different views of the the same Source Data, only filtered to the specific needs of each workflow.

  • Creating a Source View

  • Filtering

  • Sorting

  • Columns

  • Creating a new record

Widgets

Widgets are tools that help you interact with or View Source Data in specific way. You can add a metrics bar to add custom metrics on your page, or pull in the Schedule view that allows you to see the shifts data on a more traditional calendar.

Reports

Reports are a unique form of table view that allows you to add custom metrics and formulas group by Users, Locations, and Roles.
