How do I know the status of of my shift claim request?

Claiming shifts on TeamBridge is easy. From your calendar page you will see all shifts available for claiming with a black "Open to Request Shift" tag. Inside the shift detail screen you will see a "Request Shift" Button.

Not seeing any shifts? Please reach out to your account admin as there may be a missing qualification for your in the account.

When you claim a shift on TeamBridge by selecting the Request Shift button, your request will either be automatically approved or notify and admin or scheduler on our account to review. If automatically approved you will immediately see the shift on our calendar screen change from Open or Requested status to “Upcoming”.

If admin approval is turned on you will see the shift change to Requested status. Once an admin has had the chance to approve you will receive a push notification letting you know their decision. If the claim is accepted ou will now see the requested shift as an upcoming shift on our calendar.
