When you click the Request button on a shift in your TeamBridge mobile app it will change to the Requested state. Schedulers or Admins in your account will be notified of your request.
When a shift request is approved your will receive a notification and the shift will change to an upcoming shift. If you are unsure if a request has been approved you can always use the filters on the calendar page of your mobile app to see only "Upcoming" shifts.
If a shift claim request is rejected it may return to the open state or be removed from your calendar completely.
