When you submit a request to claim a shift that is open or available you will have the option to cancel that request. However if the shift request has already been approved this option will no longer be available.

If you do not see a "Release Shift" button that means this option/feature has been deactivated in your accounts admin settings. If you will no be able to make your shift please contact your POC at your place of work or an admin on your account.
