You can customize the what data you see by adding filters to your content.
Steps to add a filter:
Click on the Add Filter button at the top left of the block.
Select the schema (column) you want to add the filter on.
Select the filter option and filter value (if applicable).
Click anywhere outside the filter window to save the filter.
