Onboard your team on TeamBridge

You can now store and manage all your employee documents on TeamBridge. Below are the steps to start using documents.

  1. Open an employee profile by clicking on the Open button next to the employee name on your team page.

  2. Once the employee profile is open, you will now be able to see a "Documents" tab. Click into the Documents tab.

  3. You can now start adding your employee documents. You can create your own document types and maintain the status of each document using the Status field.

  4. Your employees will also be able to upload documents directly from their mobile app.

Talk to your account architect about setting up powerful automations that will notify your staff when their documents are expiring, or to create a checklist of documents you want your staff to sign and fill in when they onboard.
