Steps to Archiving a User:
Navigate to your User's Table and select Open on the employee that you would like to archive.
When the Employees Profile appears hover over the Archived Value and Select Yes.
Lastly, select save and now your Employee will be Archived! If you are unable to see the Archive option for users, it may be due to permission restrictions. Certain actions, like archiving a user, might require elevated privileges. Consult someone with higher-level access to complete the task.
Good to Know:
If the Archive field is not visible for a user, verify your permissions in the application.
Reach out to an administrator or someone with advanced access for assistance.
Archiving will prevent a user from Logging into the Mobile App and Web App along with receiving any notifications.
Archived users cannot be added to future schedules but are still visible on past scheduled shifts and previous timesheets.
Permissions for archiving users might be restricted, requiring higher-level access for certain actions.
