Steps to Archiving a User:
Navigate to your User's Table and select Open on the employee that you would like to archive.
When the Employees Profile appears hover over the Archived Value and Select Yes.
Lastly, select save and now your Employee will be Archived!
Good to Know:
Archiving will prevent a user from Logging into the Mobile App and Web App along with receiving any notifications.
Archived users cannot be added to future schedules but are still visible on past scheduled shifts and previous timesheets.
