How to invite users to your TeamBridge Accoubt

  1. Navigate to your User's Block ( The Employees Table)

  2. Confirm that any newly created employee is marked Active and has an email on file.

  3. Lastly hover over the 3 dots on the top right of the users table next to the "+ New" button and select Invite All Users or Invite Inactive Users.

    1. Selecting Invite All Users will result in all Employees on the list getting a email even if they have an active account.

    2. Selecting Invite Inactive Users will only send invites to users who have not logged into their account.

Invites will go out in the form of an email, as well as a text message (if a phone number is associated with the profiles targeted).
