This article will walk you through how to set Pay Rate based on the following Qualifier triggers Locations, Job Roles, Start Time, End Time, Clock In Time, and Clock Out Time.
Pay Period Settings:
You can use Pay Rate Setting to automate your Payroll Process by setting a Pay Rate and Bill Rate (If Applicable). The Pay Rate is how much an employee will be paid per hour. The Bill Rate can be used to bill at an hourly charged Rate of staffing an employee at a location if this is applicable to your business needs.
You can set a Qualifier based on Locations, Job Roles, Start Time, End Time, Clock In Time, and Clock Out Time. The Qualifier will determine when Pay Rate and Bill Rate would take effect based on the Rates you have set.
For Example, if you set Qualifier using Locations your saved Company's locations will appear in the drop-down box and you can select accordingly. The Pay Rate of $50 and Bill Rate of $60 will automatically be applied to any employee you schedule and worked using the Location Qualifier that has been set.
You can set multiple Qualifiers Value Colum by selecting Add a Qualifier and selecting the Qualifier that would be most applicable to define Pay Rate and Bill Rate.
For Example, a Job Role set to LPN and Locations set to SF with a Pay Rate of $70 and Bill Rate of $80 will automatically be assigned to any LPN scheduled and worked at the SF Location on the Timesheets or Calander.
You can set multiple Qualifiers by selecting Add a Qualifier and selecting the Qualifier that would be most applicable to define Pay Rate and Bill Rate.
For Example, a Job Role set to LPN and Locations set SF with a Pay Rate of $50 and Bill Rate of $60 will automatically be assigned to any LPN scheduled and worked at the SF Location on the Timesheets or Calander.
You can also have a Qualifier a Job Role set to LPN and Locations set NYC with a Pay Rate of $80 and Bill Rate of $90 will automatically be assigned to any LPN scheduled and worked at the NYC Location on the Timesheets or Calander while having the SF Pay Qualifier to run at the same time.
