Overview: Clocking in using the TeamBridge mobile app is a simple and efficient process. This guide provides an updated step-by-step walkthrough of how to clock in for your shift.


How to Clock In Using the Mobile App

  1. Open the TeamBridge App

    • Log into your account and navigate to the Time Clock section from the home screen.

  2. Select Clock-In

    • Tap on the Clock In button to start your shift.

    • If your company requires location tracking, ensure location services are enabled on your device.

  3. Confirm Location (if applicable)

    • If GPS verification is required, confirm that you are within the designated clock-in area.

    • The app will notify you if you need to move closer to an approved location.

  4. Clock-In Submitted

    • After selecting Clock In, you will receive a confirmation letting you know that you have successfully clocked in.


Additional Features:

  • Break Management: If breaks are required, tap Start Break and then End Break when ready to resume work.

  • Clocking Out: At the end of your shift, navigate to the Time Clock section and tap Clock Out.

  • Shift History: View past clock-ins and shift durations under the Schedule tab.

By following these steps, you can ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with your workplace policies.
