Overview: If you can no longer work a scheduled shift, TeamBridge allows you to release it for others to pick up. This guide walks you through the process of releasing a shift using the mobile app.
How to Release a Shift
Open the TeamBridge App
Log in to your account and go to the Schedule section.
Locate Your Scheduled Shift
Under the Upcoming Shifts tab, find the shift you want to release.
Tap on the shift to view its details.
Initiate the Release
Tap the Release Shift button.
Confirm your action when prompted. If your company requires approval, the shift will remain pending until the release is approved.
Shift Status Update
Once released, the shift will be marked as Available for other team members to claim.
Note: If you do not see the release button that means the feature has been turned off. Please contact an account admin to let them know you will not be able to make the shift and they can assist.
