This article will walk you through how to release assigned shifts from the Teambridge app.
Prerequisites
Teambridge app has been installed on your mobile device
App Store App
Google Play AppApp is logged in using an active Teambridge account
Your company policy allows you to release shifts.
Note: Any questions regarding company scheduling policy should be directed to your company's scheduling team.
How to release shifts:
Open the Teambridge app
Tap on the calendar icon (located in the lower navigation bar.)
Select the desired date range by tapping the arrows surrounding the displayed month.
The right arrow will move 1 week forward
The left arrow will move 1 week in the past
Scrolling left or right on the actual dates will perform the corresponding actions above
Select Upcoming to filter shift grouping by upcoming shifts.
Tap the desired shift to open.
Tap Release Shift.
Note: If you do not see the release button please that means the feature has been turned off. Please contact an account admin to let them know you will not be able to make the shift and they can assist.
