Communicate with entire teams or to individuals all with TeamBridge

Communicate with TeamBridge is the best way to communicate seamlessly with your staff. Send out broadcasts, or messages to a department to get help from your team. You will also be able to share files and attachments.

Broadcasts allow you to send messages to everyone at a location or by role without having to send individual text messages or emails.

With direct messages, individuals can respond directly to broadcasts, or ask questions to a specific department/

You can configure departments for different business functions like payroll, accounts receivable, and more. Your staff can ask questions directly to a department and any admin or team members who are in that department will be able to respond and see the chat history. This is useful for payroll, locations, teams and more.

To configure communications, go to the settings menu next to the pencil or the main settings menu in the lower left user menu. Create departments for each group that may need to interact with your staff.

The members of each department are able to respond to questions asked from your staff in the app.
