Teambridge Mobile allows you to directly communicate to different departments without leaving Teambridge. These messages go directly to the department, helping you securely communicate without leaving the app.
Prerequisites
Teambridge app has been installed on your mobile device
App Store App
Google Play AppLogged in to Teambridge on an active account
Using Communicate in Teambridge Mobile:
Open the Teambridge app
Tap on the message icon (located in the lower navigation bar.)
To Create a new Message
To create a new message press the + button
Select "Send as Department" to send a message directly to a department
select "Direct Message" to send a message to an individual
Use the message window to create your message
Select the file to attach a document or image
Select Send when done
Reply to an existing conversation
Select the desired thread from the message window
Reply to messages directly in the thread
