Built-In Notifications

Publish on Schedule

To publish shifts with notifications from the Schedule workspace in TeamBridge, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Publish All button

  2. Check which notifications from SMS, push notifications, or email to send

Important: Notifications are sent only to users who qualify for those shifts. Make sure the shift details and assignees are correctly set up before publishing.

Invite Users

To invite users in TeamBridge, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Users workspace

  2. Click the ... menu at the top-right corner

  3. Select Invite All Users from the dropdown options

  4. Users will receive an email invitation to join TeamBridge that includes instructions on how to set up their accounts.

Enabling Time Clock

When the Time Clock feature is enabled in TeamBridge, all users receive an SMS containing their pin code. This SMS notification ensures that every user is informed about their unique pin code, which they will need for clocking in and out.

To enable the Time Clock feature:

  1. Go to settings via your account avatar in the bottom left

  2. Select Time Clock under the Time Tracking group

  3. Toggle on Portal Time Clock

  4. Click Send Pins to send PINs as an SMS to each user

The pin code received via SMS is crucial for time and attendance tracking. Users will enter this code into the Time Clock portal when they start and end their shifts, allowing TeamBridge to accurately log their working hours.

Know Your SMS Pin Code: When the time clock is enabled, all users receive an SMS with their pin code. This pin code is essential for clocking in and out using the TeamBridge portal.

Custom Notifications

Automations in TeamBridge allow you to set up custom notifications according to your needs, such as:

  • Shift Change Notification: Set an automation to send a push notification to employees when their shift is updated.

  • Task Reminder Email: Create an email notification to remind team members about an upcoming task deadline.

  • Time Clock SMS Alert: Configure an SMS alert to notify users when to clock in for their shift.

Customize Your Notifications: To access automations and create custom notifications, go to Automations under your account avatar in the bottom lefthand corner.
