TeamBridge’s 07.25.24 release includes new features like Payment Rules and a Currency Column as well as improvements to mobile.

Previously, if you had a weekend or night shift rate, you’d add that pay rate on the shift itself and then use automations to determine when those tags get placed.

Now, you can create and maintain “Pay Rules” to easily adjust pay metrics on a shift that match a set of conditions you specify. Payment Rules are especially useful for shifts that fall before or after regular business hours, on weekends, or that receive a late-notice cancellation.

Separately from Payment Rules, you can use the new Currency column to set an hourly or fixed pay for an individual, role, or location.

For example, if you have a doctor with a malpractice claim, you can add an hourly rate to subtract -$3 from every shift they work.

Improved Mobile Signing Partner Task Experience

We recently launched a new task action to send out either a DocuSign or SignNow envelope for teammates to sign electronically. With this release, we improved the experience for employees by adding a button that takes you directly to the place that needs to be fill out.
