SignNow is an electronic signature platform. Before setting up the integration, please ensure you have a SignNow account. Integrating with TeamBridge makes managing documents and credentialing simple, organized, and automatic. Refer to the steps below to find out how to connect your SignNow account to your TeamBridge account.
SignNow Configuration
1. Click on the charger icon on the bottom left (if you don’t see it, click the nine dots first)
2. Click Add Application
3. Enter TeamBridge
as the Application Name
4. Click on the three dots beside the new application and select Details
for the SignNow Integration information required
TeamBridge Configuration
Click on the username on the bottom left and select Settings
2. Click on Integrations
on the left side
3. Under the Documents section, select SignNow
4. Enter the API Key and Client ID
‘Client ID’ in TeamBridge = ‘Client ID’ in SignNow
‘API Key’ in TeamBridge = ‘Basic Authorization Token’ in SignNow
Please note: This next step, will redirect you to login to SignNow (client’s account credentials). Ensure you aren’t logged into a SignNow account prior to step 5 below.
5. Click Continue
Using the Integration
Login to your SignNow account
Select
Documents
on the top leftClick
Create
>Template
Choose a PDF document to upload
Login to TeamBridge
Click on the username on the bottom left
Select
Automations
Click
+ Add New
Add an Action
Choose
Create new entry
>Documents
Confirm that under
File
there’s an option to select the Template you just uploaded in DocuSign
Once you confirm the integration is working as expected, you can delete the automation on TeamBridge and the PDF template you uploaded on SignNow if they’re not needed.
Looking for another way to use the integration? Send out a SignNow envelope for teammates to sign electronically! When you assign the task, a link will automatically be emailed to the user. Once the document is signed, it’s immediately viewable from the task via the data link.
