How can I use SMS text messaging on Teamdash?
We offer the SMS service with the help of Twilio or Messente, depending on the country and whether you need inbound SMS. The service activation may take up to 5 working days and has an annual service fee. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for information on activation and pricing.

Who will the SMS come from?
You can choose one of two options:
A local mobile phone number that we provide. Candidates can reply to it.
Your company name (up to 11 characters). Candidates see your name instead of a number, but they can't reply.
You can only use one option at a time. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to check which options are available in your country.
Can candidates reply to the SMS?
Yes, when you send from a phone number. Both outbound and inbound SMS are visible on the Candidate profile SMS tab, and the user who last worked with the candidate gets an email about each reply. Candidates can't reply to SMS sent under your company name.
How much will it cost?
The price of an SMS depends on your location. Each SMS providers pricelist differs by country. For example, Twilio in Estonia, is 0.09€ for one SMS. Whereas Messente in Latvia is 0.072€. We are able to purchase credit packs for you in bundles of €100.
We monitor your SMS usage and your CSM will contact you when another credit top up is needed.
