Include the following details in your request:
Old name and the new name.
Whether it is a name change only or if there will be any additional movement.
If a division, are there any changes to the departments associated with it?
If a department, is it still within the same division as before?
Any additional relevant information.
Once the update has been verified by TeamOhana, check to ensure the changes have been implemented correctly. We recommend checking all communications, job postings, and policies now reflect the new division or department name.
