Q: If our company adds, removes or renames departments or divisions (e.g. when consolidating teams or introducing new structure), how will this impact our historical reporting? Will past reports still show the old org structure?
A: When someone moves departments or divisions (e.g. cost centers) we have record of the past data. So, for example, if you change the time filter to a past date, it will show you that the person was in the old department. And when you make the time filter show current date, it will show that same person in the new department.
