Q: I can see that one of the values listed for an employee is wrong. How do I update?
A: First, check your source of truth, your HRIS, to see if the value matches what TeamOhana is showing.
If the value matches, was it recently changed? It can take a day for our system to reflect the change.
If the value doesn't match, have you made any changes since we connected to your HRIS? If so, simply send a screenshot of the correct field in your HRIS and where you're seeing the wrong data appearing and send to our support team and we will update the reference point for you.
