Q: I've installed the TeamOhana Slack app but I'm not receiving notifications. Why?
A: First, check your preferences in TeamOhana under settings to ensure you have notifications enabled. Next, you still may need to complete the integration to establish a token in our database. This can be done by re-installing the TeamOhana Slack app or by issuing the following command within Slack if the TeamOhana Slack app is already installed:
