Create the Job in Greenhouse
Recruiters will receive an email when added to headcount in TeamOhana. The recruiter's primary role in TeamOhana is to link all their assigned headcount to job reqs in Greenhouse.
When creating job reqs in Greenhouse we strongly recommend using opening IDs to enable auto-linking of offers. Greenhouse has permission policy setting to require opening IDs and can auto-generate them.
If you're not using opening ID's you can link to the job req, but please note you will need to manually link offers for all jobs without opening ID's.
Once the job is created, you can link jobs from the email notifications or from the recruiting workboard if you have multiple jobs to link.
1.) Using email notifications to link jobs
TeamOhana will send a notification to recruiters once they're added to a headcount. Click View Headcount to open the hiring details.
From the headcount's hiring details and link the job and choose the opening ID.
2.) Linking multiple jobs from the Recruiting Workboard.
Click on the funnel, use filters and search to find the headcount you need to link.
Click on any stage in the funnel to see headcount by hiring status. You can also filter by attributes like department and search by job title or details.
Click +Link job and select the job req from the dropdown. Link Opening ID
Click +Link job and search by ID or title and link the job req to the headcount. Select the opening ID. Please note once you link a job req it is automatically moved to In Progress status.

Hiring and Offer status is auto-updated once linked
If using opening IDs, TeamOhana will detect when new offers are sent and accepted. The hiring status will be automatically updated in the Hiring details section. All the offer details included in Greenhouse will also automatically update in TeamOhana.
Manual linking offers (if not using opening-ID's)
If you're not using opening IDs, offers must be manually linked once they are created. You can link offers from the hiring details section or +link offer from the recruiting workboard.
