  • Department- *required

  • Job title- *required

  • Job Category and Level- individual contributor, manager, etc. and experience level

  • Job role- derived from your company's job catalog, the generic functional role i.e. software engineer.

  • Target start date- current projected start date

  • Location- derived from your company's job catalog

  • Justification

  • Job description

  • Hiring manager

  • Headcount Type- new hire/backfill

  • Employment Type- full/part-time

  • Priority

    • Low- Needed in next 6-12 months

    • Normal- Needed in next 6 months

    • High- Needed sooner than 6 months

    • Critical- Used for backfills

  • Initiative- OKR or company goal tied to headcount request

  • Team- Team or squad associated with the headcount (i.e. Security, Runtime, Build, Extensions, Billing, etc.)

  • Headcount Type- indicates whether this was planned or incremental headcount, as well as if this is a backfill or new hire.

    • Incremental headcount can include incremental new requests added after the hiring plan was approved as well as unplanned backfills

    • Planned backfill can be used when adding placeholders headcount during the planning process for expected attrition.
