TeamOhana integrates with Slack so that you can receive your notifications and take actions on your headcount in real-time.

To install the TeamOhana app, search for "TeamOhana" in the Slack app store, or type the shortcut "/teamohana" into any Slack channel or conversation and follow the prompts to connect your account.

The notifications you'll receive will mirror the notifications that you already receive over email. To read more about our email notifications, check out our support article here. Please ensure that your TeamOhana notifications are enabled in order to receive messages from the TeamOhana bot over Slack.

If you're not getting notifications on Slack, confirm you're receiving the notifications via email then try the following steps:

​Connect your account

From the TeamOhana app Messages section click on "Connect your account" and login to TeamOhana.

If you don't see the "connect your account" button type /teamohana connect and hit enter to bring up the login prompt.

Uninstall

To remove the app, from the about section of the app click configuration. Once you've logged in you can click remove app. If you're don't see Remove App contact your IT administrator for help.
