Hiding sensitive information while screensharing or demoing TeamOhana

As a single source of truth for headcount, TeamOhana houses a wealth of employee and headcount data, including confidential information like compensation, job level, and equity.

All of that information is access- and permissions-controlled, however in the event that someone with admin permissions is internally demoing TeamOhana and sharing their screen, we've created an easy way to ensure none of that sensitive data is accidentally exposed.

The sensitivity toggle is an icon shaped like an eye right above your avatar at the bottom of the main navigation menu.

When the icon is clicked, a diagonal line will strikethrough the eye, indicating that sensitive information is hidden. The icon can be clicked again to turn off the filter and bring back the sensitive information.

Refer to the table below for the fields that will be hidden from each page while the sensitivity filter is enabled.
