If there are multiple hiring plans in your TeamOhana account, you are able to toggle between each one from your Hiring Plan tab(s).
Click on the plan name from your Hiring Plan tab to open a dropdown menu from which you can check the box next to the desired plans and click 'Apply.' The top level filters and the table will update.

Note that at this time, hiring plans are not able to be created from the frontend UI. Please reach out to your CSM for help creating a new hiring plan.
The start date / time filters will still apply to the hiring plan, so if a plan does not have start dates within the selected time period, then no data will be shown. The default time filter is 'this year' so if you're viewing previous hiring plans, make sure to update the time filter to see all headcount.
