Overview
With our most recent releases, we made updating target start dates in bulk even easier for recruiters and hiring managers so that they can be pushed back or pulled forward by a set number of days, rather than to a specific date. We've also introduced increased clarity to the user management page on the pending status of each TeamOhana end user so Admins can take the appropriate action.
Following the release notes, we've linked to our Org Chart overview video which covers the key features in our new dynamic org chart feature.

Updating target start dates in bulk
Before we shipped this update, target start dates could be updated in bulk but they had to all be updated to the same date. Now, in an effort to support hiring process best practices we outlined here, start dates can be modified in bulk by a specified number of days as well.
For example, a Finance team member can now come into TeamOhana and push out the start dates for all past due, not-started headcount by 60 days with this feature:

Updated "Pending" statuses on the user management page
Previously, we used the "Pending" status on the user management page to indicate either that a user had not yet received a TeamOhana invitation or that they had not yet logged into their account, but we didn't have a way to distinguish between the two.
We've split the Pending status into two to make it easier to identify the necessary action that needs to be taken: "Pending invite" and "Pending login."
"Pending invite" means that the user's account has been created, but they have not yet been sent an email inviting them to log into TeamOhana. Hovering over the "Pending invite" button will give you the option to send the invite.
"Pending login" means that the user has been invited to login, but has yet to do so. Hovering over the "Pending login" button will give you the option to resend the invitation.
Note that this page will only be visible to Admins or user roles with access to user management.
