New features

Request headcount drawer

The new request headcount experience delivers three key improvements:

  • Transparency around which headcount details impact the budget

  • Visibility into how the hiring plan, forecast, and variance are affected by each request

  • Seamless and intuitive workflows to ensure completeness and compliance

Now, rather than enter headcount details in a pop-up window, you will submit new requests via a drawer that will open on the right side of your screen. The layout of the drawer ensures that every key detail is entered, and the approval chain and budget impact will be displayed prior to the request being submitted.

We've also made some changes to the Requests module, like converting the tile filters to pills, and replacing "proposed" requests with "drafts."

Read the help center article to learn more about the updates to the request headcount experience.
