Linking a job with a headcount in TeamOhana (no ATS connected)

Even without an ATS integration, TeamOhana can centralize all of the relevant details around jobs, offers, and candidates. Here's how you can input that information:

Create a Job Req in your ATS

When you’re ready to kick off hiring, create the job req in your ATS. Primary information like location, target start date, job role and level as well as budgeted comp are included in the Headcount Basic Details section, so you can transfer them over to your ATS.

Input the job Req ID or Job name and URL in TeamOhana

Once the "ready to hire" toggle has been enabled, insert the job details into the fields and click Save.

Add the offer details

Once an offer has been extended to a candidate, add the offer details to the headcount from the Hiring Details tab. The Hiring Manager (and anyone else with access to the headcount) will be able to see the updated status and the information about the candidate.
