There are two ways you can integrate Deel with TeamOhana:

A) Through Deel's website

B) Via an Access token

Instructions for both methods are outlined below.

A) How to authenticate the integration via Deel's website:

Step 1: If you are an Admin user of TeamOhana, click on "Settings" then "Integrations."

From there you'll click "Link HRIS or ATS," followed by Human Resources Information Systems. Click the Deel logo, or search for it in the search bar if it's not immediately visible.

Step 2: When the Deel pop-up appears, click "I want to authenticate through Deel's website."

Click Next, then select "Deel Production" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click "Submit"

Your account will be authenticated and integrated, with no further action required from you. Please skip any steps that ask you to map fields or pursue any sort of configuration.

B) How to create your Access Token in Deel:

Step 1: In your Deel portal, go to Apps & Integrations on the left hand side.

Step 2: In the upper right, go to Developer Center.

Note: If you do not see this, reach out to your Deel account manager to get access.

Step 3: Click Generate New Token under Personal Tokens.

Step 4: Label your API access token (something like "TeamOhana" works well!) and click Next.

Step 5: Select all scopes to add to your access token and click Generate. Copy this token and keep it in a safe place. Note: it's important that all scopes are selected - otherwise we may not have all of the information to properly power the integration.

Step 6: Copy and Paste your Access Token and add it to the Deel integration window in TeamOhana, then click Submit:

Step 7: Click Generate New Token under Organization Tokens.

Image or attachment is not accessible.

Step 8: Select all scopes to add to your Organization token and click Generate. Copy this token and keep it in a safe place. (Similar to Personal Tokens)

Step 9: Copy and Paste your Organization API Token into TeamOhana's Deel integration window, then click submit:

Your account is now authenticated! Note: please skip any steps that ask you to map fields or pursue any sort of configuration; the TeamOhana team will manage these steps for you.
