We're only 8 days in, but August has already been a big month at TeamOhana!
We released our brand new Home page, your command and control center for all things headcount, and redesigned the headcount details page to optimize for nimble, collaborative and informed decision making.
In addition to these two massive launches, we have also shipped the ability to support equity as an amount in headcount requests and from ATS offer details.

New features
Home page
When you log into TeamOhana, the first page you'll now land on is your home page: the central control panel for all of the action items and responsibilities you have in the system.
From the home page, you'll be able to easily access your tasks, comments, mentions, requests and approvals, ensuring your workflows are streamlined and improving your overall efficiency in TeamOhana. The home page also serves as a single entry point for creating new headcount and backfill requests, internal transfers, and terminations.
My Tasks provides a shortcut for making updates to headcount and employee changes when your action is required, and Comments and Mentions ensures you'll never miss an update again.
With the Approvals and Requests widgets, it's easy to keep an eye on all in-approval requests and take quick action when things are overdue.

Headcount details drawer
The headcount details page has been redesigned and updated to include additional layers of information to promote seamless collaboration across all stakeholders involved in headcount management.
New features in the headcount detail drawer include:
Same-tab functionality, enabling users to easily jump from one headcount to the next without waiting for each new page to load
The introduction of Collaborators, which expands on the former "Assignee" field and increases visibility into the headcount to anyone that needs access
The ability to tag multiple recruiters to each headcount
The introduction of Hiring Manager and Hiring Location fields, which can be autofilled via the integration with your ATS

Enhancements
FY budget impact of requests is shown on draft view
Equity can be added as an amount (rather than number of shares) in new headcount requests, as well as from ATS offer details
