What is the TeamOhana referral program?

Referrals are one of our most important growth drivers. You may have even discovered TeamOhana because you heard about it from someone you know and trust. We want that network to continue to grow, and the referral program provides an extra incentive to help us grow it. If you are a customer, advisor, partner, or friend to us, we consider you part of our Ohana and you’re eligible for the program.

How does it work?

It’s simple: connect us with a qualified referral, and after our first meeting, you’ll get a $250 spiff. If they become a customer, you’ll get another $250!

What constitutes a qualified referral?

A qualified referral means you’ve connected us directly with a leader in Finance or People/Talent at an accepted company. See qualifications below.

  • Accepted Finance titles: Director and above in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance

  • Accepted Talent/HR titles: Director and above in Talent, Talent Acquisition, Talent Ops, Recruiting, HR

  • Accepted company size: 250-5000 employees

How do I connect you with a referral?
The easiest ways are either through email or LinkedIn. Simply send an introduction email to both your connection and our sales alias or your main point of contact at TeamOhana.

The designated Account Executive will pick it up from there to schedule the first meeting.

How do I spread the word to my network?

One of the best ways is through LinkedIn. Drop the person a message and mention how TeamOhana has directly helped you, or intrigued you to join us as an advisor or partner. The ask is if they’re open to you connecting them with our team. Here’s an example.

Hi Jack, how are things? Reaching out because I am working with a startup whose focus is helping innovative companies like Acme Enterprises streamline their headcount planning. You can connect all your headcount and budget data and run smart workflows that make it faster and easier to plan and manage headcount. All the spreadsheets, slacks/emails, and general hiring confusion goes away. If it would help, I’d be happy to make an intro.

Take care,

Charlie

When will I get paid?

Here is a general payment schedule. It is subject to change.

  • Qualified referral: $250 paid within 30 days after first meeting occurs

  • Closed-won Customer: $250 paid within 30 days of signature

In order to issue payment to you, we will ask you for a completed W9 form.
