Things are off to an exciting start this year at TeamOhana: we've launched a new module to help you manage your merit cycles and we've enhanced our integration with Lever -- and we're only in the third week of January!

Read on to learn more about how these new product updates will help you achieve operational excellence at your organization.


New features

Introducing TeamOhana's Comp cycles module

We know the only thing more difficult than managing headcount in spreadsheets is managing merit cycles in spreadsheets. That's why we built TeamOhana's new Comp cycle module, which streamlines the process of reviewing and updating employee compensation.

If you already have a well-defined system for running merit cycles, this module will enable you to take it to the next level. And if you don't, look no further - Comp cycles will provide you with the foundation on which to build something best-in-class.

So how does it work? With TeamOhana's Comp cycle module, each manager has their own dashboard through which they can make assessments and recommendations about their eligible reports, and then submit those recommendations to a predetermined approval chain.

The dashboard provides information to the manager such as current employee salary, performance rating, and compensation benchmarks so that they have everything they need to make an informed recommendation. The module also supports the ability for system admins to provide raise guidelines based on metrics like department, location, and performance.

With this module, admins no longer need to spend any time splitting up and then reconsolidating dozens of spreadsheets - TeamOhana does it all for you.

Lever enhancements

The latest update to our integration with Lever features two key enhancements: support for linking a requisition with a headcount in TeamOhana and the ability to create both jobs and requisitions in Lever from TeamOhana.

Linking requisitions with headcount

Customers who have evergreen job postings in Lever with multiple requisitions can now link those requisitions with headcount in TeamOhana. This enhancement enables the integration to detect and auto-link offers when they have been generated in Lever and tied to the requisition associated to the headcount. It also removes the manual step that was previously required to link the offer in TeamOhana and further streamlines the hiring process.

Creating jobs and requisitions in Lever from TeamOhana

Once a headcount has been marked "ready to hire" in TeamOhana, the Talent team can now create the job and requisition in their Lever account directly from the Recruiting Workboard. Without needing to copy and paste details of a new role across systems, Talent saves time and minimizes opportunity for error or missteps. Additionally, because approval for headcount takes place in TeamOhaha, a separate approval process to open a req in Lever is no longer required.
