Starting March 25th, TeamOhana's login experience will be streamlined and simplified: all users have to do to log into their account is enter their email address and click "Continue" - remembering a password is no longer necessary, nor will you have to click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
If you are logging into TeamOhana for the first time, check your email for an invitation email that will have been sent by your account admin. It will come from noreply@teamohana.us and will have an orange "Accept invite" button.
When you click "Accept invite," you will be redirected to TeamOhana's login page, which you can also access directly by navigating to app.teamohana.us.
The login page will have one text box where you will input your email address. If you use multiple email addresses at work, make sure you are logging in with the email address at which you received the TeamOhana invitation. If you try to use a different email address, you will not be able to log into your account.
Once you enter your email address, click Continue. If you have logged into TeamOhana before, you will immediately be granted access to your account. If this is your first time logging in, you will have to authenticate your identity by confirming the account you're logging in with using multi-factor authentication.
As long as your email address is linked to an account in TeamOhana, you will be able to gain access to the platform. If you try to log in with an email address that is not linked to a TeamOhana account, you will be asked to try again with a valid email.
