Invite Vendor with a contract
A TeamPlayer Contractor can invite subcontractors to use TeamPlayer by emailing a Subcontract Agreement to the Vendor.
When the Commitment type has been configured to be used with TeamPlayer and the Vendor is enabled to use TeamPlayer, the emailed Commitment is an invitation to sign up and start using TeamPlayer.
Make sure the Commitment has the flag Eligible on the Buyout tab > COlumn TeamPlayer
Steps:
Click the View icon on the Buyout Tab.
Click the Email button on the top right.
Select the Vendor Contact on the TO section of the email.
The vendor will receive an email from its General Contractor with the project and contract numbers.
Once they open the email they can view the contract details using the links provided.
At the bottom of the email, there's a link with instructions on how to Sign Up for a TeamPlayer account if you've been invited for the first time.
