How to share announcements?

You can share your internal announcements from the organization section by following the steps below.

You can publish announcements for all your company employees or for a specific department.

Step 1:

Click on the Announcements heading under the Organization section.

Step 2:

Click on the "Add Announcement" button on the top right.

Step 3:

Write your announcement title and message,

Select your target department.

You can create your announcement by selecting all departments or a specific department. If you wish, you can add all your company employees by selecting "Select all".

"You can share the announcements you will make in Teamso with all your employees, or you can share them with the employees of one or a few departments you choose."

In addition to Teamso, you can also send announcements via SMS and/or e-mail.

Check the 'Send Sms' button to notify via sms and 'Send Email' button to notify via email.

*Note: Sms sends will be credited against your Teamso Digital Credit allowance.
