You can access employee birthday information from two fields.
From the "Upcoming Birthday" field on the homepage, you can view the birthdays of the people whose birthdays are historically close.
To access the birth date of all employees, you can access the Employee > Birthdays section. You can access the birthday information of your colleagues by searching from this field.
