How to delete everything in the schedule

Updated over 2 months ago

Easily clear away shifts and activities from the schedule with one click. Just select which surfers and days of the schedule you want to clear and let Surfboard do the rest.

How it works

  • In week view, go to Tools > Clear shifts 🧹

  • Select the surfers whose schedules you want to clear and the date range. You can clear up to one month of shifts at a time, including any activities that are scheduled within them.

  • Choose if you want to remove or keep any manually edited shifts. This is helpful to protect you from clearing away any edits you’ve made for shift swaps or surfer requests.

  • Hit clear shifts, and your schedule will be updated!

  • If any of these shifts were previously edited, you’ll need to republish the schedule to update your surfers. You can check this at any time by flipping the publish toggle.

💡 Clear shifts is a great tool to use when offboarding a leaving surfer from Surfboard. Simply select the surfer and clear all shifts past their last day.
