Athletes initiate the cash-out process at their will. To initiate the process, click on your name in the top right corner, and then select Payments from the drop-down menu.
If you have not connected your bank account and a W-9, you will not be allowed to cash out. Click on Connect your account and Add new W-9 to complete those steps.
Once you're ready to receive payments and have an account balance, click Cash out to initiate the process.
Click Initiate transfer to confirm. If the total is less than $25.00, there will be a $2.00 fee incurred.
The first cash-out transfer will take 7-14 business days and subsequent transfers will take 1-3 days.
Neither Opendorse nor the USOPC retain any bank account data-- the cash-out process is managed by Stripe.
