Individual Marketing
For those participating in individual marketing opportunities, individual contracts will be covered by the AMP Individual Deal Terms by default. You will be asked to accept these deal terms for every individual marketing deal you enter.
Brands may have alternative contracts. Alternative contracts may be sent via Chat for both parties to agree to. We are building a feature for alternative contracts to be sent via the Deal Terms, so this functionality will change soon.
Group Marketing and Licensing
For those participating in group marketing through the full AMP pilot, you will also need to sign the AMP athlete agreement here. To understand the details of the AMP athlete agreement, please review the contract summary.
