All deals in AMP are governed by the defaulted Individual Deal Terms.
In order to send a deal, a brand must consent to to Individual Deal Terms. This is a required checkbox before sending a deal.
Brands have the option to create and send an Alternative Contract to replace the AMP deal terms. It is important both the athlete and the brand sign an Alternative Contract if one is in place before the fulfillment of any deal activity.
Currently, brands can send contracts via the chat.
We are building the functionality to host Alternative Contracts in AMP, and to even send an Alternative Contract with the initial deal. Check back soon to see this updated functionality!
