🔍 Step-by-step:
Go to the Personnel tab
Navigate to the top menu and click Personnel.Click “Add New User”
You’ll see this button on the top right-hand side of the Personnel table page.Complete the user form
Fill in the required fields in the Personal Information and Company Information sections.
🧾 What each section means:
Personal Information
Name / Surname / Email – Required for login and identification.
User Role – Determines what the user can see and do.
👉 See: User Roles and PermissionsPosition – Enter the user’s job title or role within your organisation.
Payroll Number – Used for internal reference and as the unique identifier for the user.
Personnel Category – Classify the type of user (e.g. Office, Branch Manager, MHE Operative).
Employment Status – Choose from Employed, Agency Subcontracted, Not Employed.
Company Information
Brand / Region / Location / Location Code – Assign the user to the relevant area of your organisation. This ensures they are linked to the correct data and permissions.
✅ Final Step: Click “Send Invitation”
Once all fields are filled out, click the Send Invitation button at the top right. The new user will receive an email to complete their setup.
⚠️ Note: If you select the User role, the person will not receive an invitation to the platform. This role is intended for Drivers or other personnel you want to manage or assign to bookings, but who won’t have login access.
