How to Use Bulk Import Templates

To upload your organisation’s data to the platform, follow these steps:

  1. Download the relevant template(s).

  2. Create a copy of the spreadsheet.

  3. Fill out the copy with your data.

  4. Send the completed version back to us for import.

Manager Access Levels

Access is based on how detailed the location data is:

Input Format

Access Granted

Brand only

All data within the brand

Brand + Region

All data within the region

Brand + Region + Location Name + Code

Choose from: Employed, Agency, Subcontracted, Not Employed (Required)

Email

Required only if the user needs platform access (Required if active)

User Status

Active or Inactive (Required)<br/>Inactive users won’t have platform access but can still be booked

User Role

Job title (e.g. HGV Driver, Branch Manager) (Required)

Employee Number

Unique ID (e.g. payroll number) (Required)
