Using the Assets Dashboard

Updated over 3 months ago

The Assets dashboard helps you monitor asset compliance and availability across your organisation. It highlights upcoming expiries, overdue items, VOR status and how your assets are distributed across brands and asset types.

Expiry Metrics

Expiry widgets show how many assets have MOT, PMI or other expiry dates that need attention.

How to use these metrics

  • See how many assets have expired

  • See how many assets have expiry dates that are approaching soon. You can use the time frame filter in the right-hand corner to choose the time period:

  • Click on the icon beside the count to open a slideout with the full list of assets included in that metric

VOR Status

The dashboard shows how many assets are currently marked as VOR (Vehicle Off Road).

  • The metric is clickable

  • Selecting it opens a list of all assets in VOR status

This helps you monitor which vehicles are unavailable and follow up on work that may still be outstanding.

Chart Metrics

Chart metrics at the bottom of the tab show how your assets are grouped across the organisation.

You can view:

  • Number of assets per brand

  • Number of assets per asset type

These charts provide a quick overview of how assets are distributed.

Adding More Metrics

If you cannot see a metric you need:

  1. Select Edit Dashboard in the top right corner

  2. Review the available widgets

  3. Add any additional metrics you want to display

  4. Save your dashboard

If a metric is not available in the Edit Dashboard panel, you can contact the support team to request new widgets.
