Where to find Custom Reports
Open the Company Portal menu in the top navigation.
Select Custom Reports.
The Custom Reports page lists all reports available to you.
Who can download reports
All users can download Company-wide reports, as long as they have access to the data included.
Private reports are only visible to the user who created them.
Users without permission to manage reports cannot create or delete reports.
If you do not have access to certain fields or records, those values may be hidden or replaced with asterisks in the downloaded file.
Understanding the reports list
Each report shows:
The report name
The description
The data it is based on
The related data if applicable
Whether it is private or company-wide
Applying filters before downloading
You can apply filters to refine the data included in the export. Filters only affect the current download and do not change the report setup.
Available filters depend on the dataset used in the report.
Downloading a report
Locate the report you want to download.
Click the Download icon.
Apply any filters if needed.
Review the report preview.
Click Download to generate the file.
The report will be prepared in the background. Once it is ready, a Download button will appear in the reports list.
Click the Download button.
The file will download in Excel format.
Good to know
Downloaded reports are provided as Excel files.
You will only see data and fields you have permission to access.
Downloading a report does not change the saved report itself.
