šŸ  Create, name, save rooms

To more easily work with different clients or different types of sessions, you can create, name, and save multiple Teleo rooms.

Create a New Room from Teleo’s Default Room Options

  1. Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the room name in the center of the bottom clinician control panel

  2. Hover over ā€œ+Create Roomā€

  3. Click ā€œKidsā€ to create a room designed for kids up to around age 12, "Pre-teens" for rooms designed for 11-14 year olds, or click ā€œTeens + Adultsā€ to create a room intended for clients ages 15+ years.

Duplicate an Existing Room

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots next to the room name in the center of the bottom control panel.

  2. Click ā€œDuplicate Roomā€ to create a copy of the room that is currently open:

Open a Saved Room

  1. Click the three vertical dots next to the room name in the center of the bottom control panel.

  2. Click ā€œSaved Roomsā€

  3. Select the room you’d like to open from the list until it's highlighted in grey, and click the yellow ā€œOpenā€ button. Note that the room name with bolded text will indicate the room that you're currently in.

Rename a Room

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots next to the room name in the center of the bottom control panel

  2. Click ā€œRename Roomā€

  3. Type the new room name.

  4. Press ā€œEnterā€ on your keyboard or click anywhere outside the room name text box to save the new room name.

  5. Alternatively, you can also choose to click directly on the current room name to rename a room.
