Assigning filters to your custom activities

  1. After uploading an activity, hover over the activity card and click the edit button.

  2. You can now edit the name, activity type, approach, age, and topic filters.

3. Once you have set your activity info, you can utilize the activity bank filters to sort and find the activity when needed.

Adding Custom Filters to Your Private Activities

You can add custom approach and topic tags to any private activity in your Activity Bank, so it's easier to search and filter by the approaches and topics you use most in your practice. Teleo's default filters focus on mental health, so custom tags are especially helpful for allied health professionals, such as speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and occupational therapists (OTs), who use Teleo for client care.

Steps to add custom Approach or Topic filters:

  1. Open your Activity Bank

  2. Find your private activity and click the three dots

  3. Add your approach and topic tags

  4. Click the checkmark to save

💡 Note: This feature is available for private activities you've added to your Activity Bank.
