How Do I Subscribe, Upgrade, or Cancel My Plan?

Subscribing to Telescope Live

To unlock the full features of Telescope Live, you can easily subscribe by following these steps:

How to Subscribe

  • Visit Telescope Live and click the Subscribe button on the main page or dashboard.

  • Select a subscription plan that suits your needs: Bronze, Silver, or Gold for datasets, or a Tutorials Plan if you're focused on learning.

  • Enter your account information, including name, email, and password. If you have a promo code, apply it at this stage to receive a discount.

  • Complete your payment securely through the available methods (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you'll gain immediate access to your plan's benefits, including credits and tutorials.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time to enjoy more credits or features. When you upgrade, the changes take effect immediately, and you’ll receive the additional credits and benefits of the new plan right away. You will be charged the full price of the new plan immediately, and your billing cycle will reset to the current date. Future renewals will occur one month from the upgrade date.

How to Upgrade

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings (found in the top-right menu under your name).

  • Select Change Plan and choose a higher-tier plan

  • Confirm your upgrade. You’ll be charged the price difference immediately, and your billing cycle resets to the current date.

  • Your upgraded plan’s credits and benefits will be applied instantly, allowing you to take advantage of the additional features right away.

Downgrading or Canceling Your Plan

If you no longer need the features of your current plan, you can downgrade or cancel your subscription.

Downgrading Your Plan

  • Navigate to Account Settings and click Change Plan.

  • Select a lower-tier plan (e.g., from Gold to Silver or Silver to Bronze).

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle. At renewal, the downgraded plan will take effect, and you’ll be charged the new subscription price.

Canceling Your Subscription

  • To cancel your subscription, navigate to Account Settings and click Unsubscribe in the Subscription section.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to retain access to any unused credits and features during this time.

  • Once your subscription fully ends, you can still download the grabbed datasets or wallpapers that you paid for previously but you won't be able to use remaining credits.

  • If you change your mind after canceling, you can renew your plan before the subscription ends. Simply return to Account Settings and click Renew Plan in the Subscription section to reactivate your plan.

What Happens After Cancelation?

  • Unused credits will remain valid for 3 months after cancelation. If you resubscribe within this period, your remaining credits will be reinstated.

  • After 3 months, any unused credits will expire permanently.

Refund Policy
